PURPOSE:To obtain the titled transparent and spherulitic particles useful as resin fillers, etc, by incorporating a curing agent with an aqueous solution of a precondensate resin of an amino compound and formaldehyde, and dropping the resultant mixture into a nonsolvent for the above-mentioned resin heated and allowed to stand. CONSTITUTION:A curing agent, normally an acidic curing agent, e.g. phosphoric acid, is first incorporated with an aqueous solution of a precondensate of an amino compound and formaldehyde, and the resultant resin solution is dropped or injected into a nonsolvent for the above-mentioned precondensate, e.g. silicone oil, heated at 50-95 deg.C, and allowed to stand using, e.g. a small-diameter needlelike pipe, etc. Thus, the particles of the precondensate are deposited and settled in the above-mentioned nonsolvent and cured at the same time to afford the aimed particles.
