A calibration curve is formed from a graph wherein the concn. of each standard solution is plotted to a transverse axis and voltage to a vertical axis on the basis of the operation result of output voltage and the sensitivity of an electrode is operated from the inclination of said calibration curve to be stored in a memory apparatus 9 along with a calibration date. The calibration of the sensitivity of the electrode is repeated at every predetermined time and a blood sample is sucked in a measuring unit 1 from a sampling probe 2 during the calibration of sensitivity and a measured value is operated on the basis of the latest sensitivity to be displayed on a display apparatus 7 and the measured result and the measuring data are stored in the memory apparatus 9.
