<p>PURPOSE:To form a rotary transformer in multi-channels by forming V-shaped grooves having a depth for containing therein a shortcircuiting ring from the end of a core between winding grooves, and containing the both treated ends of the ring in guide grooves. CONSTITUTION:V-shaped grooves 4 for shortcircuiting rings 3 having a depth for containing the rings 3 therein from the end of a core 4 are formed, a winding 2 is wound in the groove 4a, and bonded with an adhesive to the core 4. Similar ring 3 is wound in the groove 4b, the both ends are twisted, treated along a guide groove 4c, and secured by an adhesive to the core 4. The groove 4b may have a small width of the treated twisted ends of the ring 3 along the groove 4c and a depth for containing therein the end of the core 4 by the ring 3. Thus, since the distance between the grooves 4a and 4b can be increased, an opposing area necessary to obtain transmitting characteristics to form multichannels can be obtained in a predetermined space.</p> |
