PURPOSE:To make it possible to succeed various tests and experiments by arranging a relatively large specimen or jig, by widely forming a stage for covering X-direction and Y-direction moving mechanisms to the circumference of a specimen stand. CONSTITUTION:An X-direction moving mechanism 11 for adjusting a specimen stand 10 with a goniometer 9 in an X-direction, a Y-direction moving mechanism 12 for adjusting the movement of said stand 10 in a Y-direction and a Y- direction scanning mechanism 13 for performing the writing scanning of the specimen stand 10 in the Y-direction are arranged on the surface plate 7 fixedly provided on vibration-proof rubber in a horizontal direction. A stage is fixedly provided on the surface plate 7 in a horizontal direction so as not only to cover the moving mechanisms 11, 12 and the scanning mechanism 13 but also to upwardly protrude the specimen stand 10 and formed into a shell structure from a circumferential side part and an upper surface so as to withstand a heavy article.
