PURPOSE:To obtain continuously the aimed stable sheet having high electric conductivity, by impregnating a base material sheet with a solution of aniline (derivative), and bringing the resultant sheet into contact with an oxidizing agent liquid to deposit an electrically conductive organic polymer expressed by the specific formula on the base material sheet. CONSTITUTION:A solution 2 of aniline (derivative) is applied to or impregnated into a base material sheet 1, and then brought into contact with an oxidizing agent liquid 6 to deposit an electrically conductive substantially linear organic polymer having a quinonediimine structure expressed by the formula (R is H or alkyl) as main repeating units and containing an electron acceptor as a dopant by the oxidative polymerization of the aniline (derivative) and afford the aimed sheet 11.
