FUEL INJECTION CONTROLLER FOR DIESEL ENGINE

PURPOSE:To prevent engine stall reliably by providing means for deciding whether engine power transmission mechanism in interrupted condition and output means for operating injection regulating mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Input signals are fed from rotation sensor M2 and accelerator opening sensor M4 to control circuit M5. Means S3 for deciding whether engine power transmission mechanism is in interrupted condition on the basis of an input signal from a switch M9 is provided to the control circuit M9. Upon decision that the power transmission mechanism is in interrupted condition, output means M8 will produce a drive signal for operating injection regulating mechanism M7 such that the fuel injection will go from zero to second specific level. Consequently, engine stall can be prevented reliably.
