PURPOSE:To input and edit easily the sound by connecting the voice input part to a CPU control part, and adding the voice data control program part and the voice data storing part into the storing part. CONSTITUTION:Voice data A/D-converted and inputted from a voice input part 9 are stored into a voice data storing part 4B in accordance with the control program of a voice data control program 4A by a CPU control part 3. Next, by the control of a setting displaying part not shown in the figure, the CPU control part 3 sends the voice data of the storing part 4B to a voice output part 8 in accordance with the control program of a program part 4A. The voice output part 8 D/A-converts the data and makes it into a voice by a speaker. Thus, the voice can be inputted and edited easily.
