摘要 <p>The invention relates to a process for obtaining a low viscosity concentrated agent for washing hard surfaces, especially for dishwashing by hand, which comprises the stages of: - sulphating an alkylbenzene with 9 to 16 carbon atoms in the alkyl part, especially with 10 to 14 carbon atoms in the alkyl part, the alkyl radical being predominantly straight-chained, to form the corresponding alkylbenzene sulphonic acid, - sulphating an alkyl-ether ethoxylate with 10 to 16 carbon atoms containing 1 to 4 moles of ethylene oxide, preferably from 2 to 3 moles of ethylene oxide for each alkyl ether group with sulphur trioxide and/or chlorosulphonic acid, and neutralising with an alkali hydroxide, - neutralising the said alkylbenzene sulphonic acids and also the alkaline alkylethoxyether sulphates with a bleach of an alkali and/or alkaline earth metal hydroxide and/or ammonia in hydrotropic-water medium in the presence of a secondary alkane sulphonate and/or a compound selected from aminoacids, tegobetaine and alpha- olefin sulphonates, - causing the whole to react in the presence of a fatty acid mono-or diethanolamide having 12 to 18 carbon atoms at a temperature of between 60 and 70 degree C with agitation and then terminating the reaction by cooling to a temperature of 30 degree C in the presence of colouring agents and perfumes.</p>
