They consist in joining, to the shaft of the blade rotor of the volumetric metering employed in the installation, connected to an electronic calculation unit which governs the pumping unit and an electrovalve which controls the flow passage, a transverse element made from a metallic material which is non-magnetic and rustproof, which will rotate together with the rotor, there being, above the chamber of the meter and next to its periphery, an electrical coil connected to an oscillator, such as a quartz oscillator, for presetting an amplitude and frequency of the oscillator, which parameters will be modified when the transverse element passes under the coil. The blades of the rotor have been over-sized, occupying practically the entire chamber of the flow meter which is likewise of maximum size within an assembly of a size which is smaller than is conventional.
