PURPOSE:To obtain an exact grain water value even in case of grains in which many unripe grains are mixed by receiving the supply of the grain at a prescribed time interval, inserting and pressing, and crushing this supplied grain by the prescribed number of times by a detecting roll, also detecting its water, and calculating the average value of a water value being within a prescribed range. CONSTITUTION:The supply of a gain is received by a feeding roll 13 at the prescribed time interval, and a pair of detecting rolls 1 inserts and presses, and crushes this supplied grain by a prescribed number of times, and also detects its water. When a detected grain water value detected by this detecting roll 1 is out of the range of a set grain water value, a control device executes a cut processing control and when said value is within the range of the set grain water value, said device executes a control so as to calculate the average value of the detected grain water value.
