PURPOSE:To avoid wearing video tapes when videos are recorded by mistakes or when a video-recording has a temporal stopping state for a long period by providing a display or informative means through which the video-recording or the stopping state of its video-recording can be recognized at the position a little apart from a video integrated camera. CONSTITUTION:When the video integrated camera is in the stopping state of its video-recording for a while, an external display means 13 is flickered by an LED or plural LEDs. Moreover, when it is in the state of its video-recording, the external display means 13 will light and operate to permit such a light to be put off as long as states other than the video-recording are lasting. Therefore, in case of the video-recording or its video-recording is stopped for a while, even a person who takes up the position of a little apart from its camera can recognize easily the states of its video-recording without taking any particular recognition operation. Thus any video-recording condition which is caused by mistake can be readily found out and it is possible to avoid wearing the video tape which is left by mistake just as a temporal stopping state of its video- recording.
