<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the processing time by constituting the titled device so that a mechanical movable part is not provided, and also its necessary measuring quantity is only an amplitude and a phase of an ultrasonic signal. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is constituted of an objective to be measured 1, an ultrasonic wave generator 2, a transmitter 3, a receiver group 4, an amplifying circuit 5, a detecting circuit 6, a computer 7, etc. The generator 2 generates an ultrasonic signal whose frequency difference becomes an equal interval. The transmitter 3 is placed at the center position of the receiver group 4, receives the ultrasonic signal from the generator 2 and irradiates it to the object 1. When the receiver group 4 receives the ultrasonic signal which has been reflected by the object 1, this signal is amplified 5, and thereafter, measured as to its amplitude and phase by the detecting circuit 6, and stored as a hologram data in a memory part in the computer 7. Based on the hologram data, this computer 7 executes a prescribed operation, and reproduces a three- dimensional image of the object 1.</p> |
