PURPOSE:To prevent an error from being generated in a read size by doubling a scale and always keeping a visual observation position constant. CONSTITUTION:Scales 4, 5 which have been made by a transparent material are superposed so that graduations are overlapped in case when they have been seen from the front, and fixed at a distance so that the mutual graduations are shifted and seen when they have been seen from the diagonal direction. Or the scale 4 and the scale 5 are made on the surface of a plate of a transparent material having the same thickness as this distance, and the reverse side, respectively, so that the graduations are overlapped when they have been seen from the front. A measuring jig which has been made in this way is put against a display screen as shown in a scale 3, and when eyes are put onto a position where the graduations of the front and the rear scales are overlapped, and a measurement is executed, an edge of an image to be measured can always be seen from the front. In this way, a shift of a visual observation position is eliminated, and a measurement of an image size, which scarcely causes an error and an individual difference can be executed. |
