PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency by providing a mechanism for temporarily drawing out a winding tube from a transporting medium, and a mechanism for jetting compressed air into the central hole of the drawn-out winding tube to automatically discharge yarn scraps. CONSTITUTION:The first pressure roller 21 and the second pressure rollers 22, 23 are disposed at opposite positions in a triangular form in the outer periphery of a winding tube K. The respective rollers 21, 22, 23 are pressed and separated to and from the winding tube K by an upper cam driving mechanism, and the roller 21 is capable of rotating in the normal and reverse directions. The respective rollers 21, 22, 23 are pressed to the winding tube, the roller 21 is rotated to lift up the winding tube K, a compressed air pipe 49 is positioned at the center below the winding tube K by the interlocking cam mechanism, and compressed air is jetted to remove yarn scraps. By the subsequent operation of the cam mechanism, the compressed air pipe 49 is returned to its initial position, and the roller 21 is rotated reversely to lower the winding tube K. Subsequently, all rollers 21, 22, 23 are returned to separating positions. Thus, yarn scraps staying in the winding tube can be automatically removed. |
