PURPOSE:To enable a holder to improve supporting rigidity of a tool supported by a casing, by fixing a shaft-shaped member to the casing and restricting the shaft-shaped member, after it is fitted to a clamping fixture, being unable to move in the radial direction through said clamping fixture. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical member, forming an arm part 50 extending outward further in the right angular direction with the center line of said member, mounts a hollow shaft-shaped member 52 being unable to relatively move further parallelly to the axial center of a main spindle 20 in an end surface in the side oppositely facing to the main spindle 20 in the arm part 50. While a clamping fixture 88 is fixed to a non-rotary part 86 rotatably supporting the main spindle 20 of a machine tool. A main unit 90 of said clamping fixture 88 comprises a supporting block 92, fixed to the non-rotary part 86, and a block 94, fitted and fixed to an end part in the side opposed to the shaft-shaped member 52 of the supporting block 92, and these blocks 92, 94 respectively form a bottomed hole 96 and a through hole 97. |
