PURPOSE:To output a signal of high stability and high reproducibility without being influenced by a sudden variation of the peripheral environment such as temperature variation mainly, by making a cylindrical rotating body or a supporting base of a detector, from a ceramic material. CONSTITUTION:First of all, all L-shaped supporting base 2 which is made from a ceramic material is fixed to a case part of a motor of one side of a rotary shaft 4 projecting to both sides of a motor 1. In this case, the rotary shaft and the supporting base are constituted so that they do not contact to each other directly. Subsequently, a function element 5 is attached to the bottom face of the inside of the L-shaped supporting base 2. Also, to the side of the L-shaped supporting base 2 of the rotary shaft 4, a rotating body 3 whose material is a ceramic material, and also which applies a material to its side face is attached so that the rotary shaft 4 of the motor coincides with the axial center of the rotating body. As for a detector assembling in such way, since the ceramic material is used, the expansion of each part is very small comparing with the expansion coefficient of metal, and a variation of a size is scarcely generated. |
