发明名称 STICKING METHOD FOR OPTICAL DISK
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a stuck optical disk which excels in the dimensional stability and durability by providing an active beam transmitting transparent plate and an optical disk substrate at the mandril part in a rotary device and sticking the disk substrate via a spacer to hold the transparent plate. CONSTITUTION:A disk substrate 1 is set to a mandril 12 set at the center of a disk turntable 9 onto a glass plate 6 with a recording film layer 4 turned up. Then the table 9 is moved vertically with revolutions so that an injector needle 10 has a direct contact with a prescribed position at the outer circumference area of the substrate 1. When an adhesive 11 is coated by injection, the pressure of a fixed level is applied to an injector 14 to supply the adhesive 11 quantitatively to a prescribed outer circumferential surface. Thus an adhesive layer 5 is formed. In the same way, the adhesive 11 is applied to the inner circumference area of the substrate 1 and the outer and inner circumference spacers 2 and 3 are set on the substrate 1. The adhesive 11 is applied also on these spacers. Then the substrate 1 is set with the layer 4 turned down and the plate 6 is put on the substrate 1 and fixed with a spring type clamp 7.
