PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of operations by a method in which a specific raking shaft is provided between the opening of a bucket hung down in a turnable manner and a sludge suction tube inserted into the opening of the bucket, and a screw shaft is provided in parallel with the raking shaft between the sludge suction tube and the raking shaft. CONSTITUTION:A sludge suction tube 7 is inserted into a bucket 1 connected in a turnable manner to a bracket 3 for holding, and its lower end is fixed through a support tube 10, etc., to the bucket 1. Openings 1a and 14 are provided in the bucket 1, a sludge raking claw 13 is supported from the lower edge of the opening 1a to the front, and a screw shaft 17 is rotatably supported in the widthwise direction in the bucket 1 and oppositely turning screws are provided for both half portions. A raking shaft 19 is rotatably attached in parallel with the shaft 17 between the shaft 17 and the opening 1a, and paired raking plates 20 are provided in the face of the diametrical direction of the shaft 19 at nearly equal intervals in the lengthwise direction. The tip of the plate 20 is positioned outwardly from the opening 1a.
