PURPOSE:To switch a camera from a film winding state to film rewinding and a focal length only with the operation of an operating member by providing a switching mechanism which connects a driving shaft of a motor with a mechanism for operations other than film feeding. CONSTITUTION:When the rear cover of the camera is opened, a projection 85 recedes in the direction of an arrow C, and a release lever 81 is rotated counterclockwise, and a pin 83 presses the second projecting end 74 of a hook lever 71 to turn the hook lever 71 clockwise. Consequently, a rewinding button 61 is returned to an original position again simultaneously with the opening of the rear cover, and a new film is wound by the operation of a release button again when the rear cover is closed after this film is loaded. The switching mechanism is provided which releases the detention of the rewinding button 61 due to the hook lever 71 by the operation from the external of the camera without opening the rear cover to switch the camera to the operation, where a lens can be moved, when rewinding is terminated. Thus, switching operations are selected optionally with one motor.
