PURPOSE:To reduce the length of a fixed type cable connected to a floppy disk driver by fixing the position of this driver. CONSTITUTION:A floppy disk driver 21 is set at a fixed position within a casing 5, i.e., the driver 21 is fixed at the edge part of the lowest storing part 1A. It is not required to use a mobile type cable which is connected to the driver 21 since the position of the driver 21 is fixed. Therefore the fixed type cable is available and furthermore the cable length can be reduced. As a result, the noise generating factor is reduced to improve the stability of operations of a VDT and a printer.
