PURPOSE:To enable a rotary material of many kinds with different size and shape to be supported by the same rotary device, by providing a plurality of trucks which can rotatably support the rotary material of long scale in an optional position in the lengthwise direction of the rotary material. CONSTITUTION:A rotary device, providing in trucks 11 running rollers 12 serving as a truck running means, provides in the upper of the truck 11 a receiving part 14 which rotatably supports a rotary shaft 13a provided in a rotary object 13 being a rotary material. While the device, fixably mounting a fixed frame 15 by a fixing member 15a to the truck 11, equips the fixed frame with many bolts 16 for fixing the rotary object 13 to the fixed frame 15. Here the device, when the rotary object 13 is moved, fixes the rotary object 13 by the belts 16 to the fixed frame 15 to move the truck 11. While the device, when the rotary object 13 changes its size and shape, counters the changed condition by adjusting a mutual position relation between the respective trucks 11.
