PURPOSE:To quickly respond to anomalous situations by a method in which loads and internal stress acting on a caisson body and the attitude of the caisson are measured and data are collected every fixed time, and the measured values are compared with reference values and a warning of anomalous values is sent out. CONSTITUTION:A key board 5, a data collector 7, a data comparator 6, a reference value memory 9, a buffer memory 14, and a warning controller 11 are connected to a main controller 2. A caisson attitude measurer, e.g., a vertical displacement meter 15, a load measurer for caisson body, e.g., caisson internal pressure gauge 17, etc., and an internal stress measurer for caisson body, e.g., a reinforcing bar stress gauge 25, etc., are connected to the data collector 7. In settling a caisson, these meter and gauges 15, 17, and 25 are worked in order to obtain data, the data are stored in the memory 14, where the data are compared with reference values in the memory at the comparator 6 to judge whether they are anomalous or not. When they are determined as anomalous, it is notified to an alarm 29 through the controller 11. |
