摘要 PURPOSE:While fried soybean curd keeps yet flexible, raw or dried stuff is charged therein and the opening is closed until it can pass water but holds the stuff without leak, then the product is dried, thus producing an instant food product that can be stored for a long period of time and readily restored only by pouring hot water. CONSTITUTION:Fried soybean curd or a product made by kneading soybean protein, salad oil and water into sheets and frying them is boiled in a seasoning solution. The seasoned product is bored a round opening for passing water at the center on both ends, or a plurality of water-passing openings or cut at one corner. Then, the stuff such as rice cake is put inside and the openings are closed by heat sealing or with eatable strings such as KONBU (sea tangle) or KANPYO (dried gourd shaving), then they are dried in vacuum to give the objective instant food product. A small path for passing water is provided to accelerate the drying and the product is readily restored only by pouring hot water. The water content is kept less than 10%, thus the instant food is storable for a long period of time.
