A heat exchanger (17) is connected to a refrigerator so that its warm side is series-coupled to the cold and warm sides of the refrigerator (12). This enables a medium fed to the plant for heating, to be cooled in the exchanger and further in the refrigerator, before being heated in the exchanger and then in the refrigerator. - The refrigerator works in accordance with the Peltier principle with one or more elements functioning as a compressor. Its refrigerating components are fitted on a cold plate with a number of flanges, whilst its heating element is fitted on a hot plate likewise with a number of flanges. The folds of the heat exchanger extend between the flanges on the cold plate. (Provisional basic advised week 87/01)(1/13) |
