Apparatus for perforating, comprised of a folder consisting of two flaps (1) and (2) enabling to hold a plurality of sheets. On the left side of the folder are aligned perforations corresponding to the standard positioning of perforations of various sizes of sheets. The folder has a longitudinal band (3) which is integral at the rear of the flap (2) in (4), (6) and (7), and where pincers (13) cling to. These are prolonged in the upper part by a turning (12) against which the perforator abuts.
