PURPOSE:To easily adjust the value of inductance with the cutting of a short- circuit pattern and short-circuiting of a pattern by using a magnetic substrate so as to make the value of inductance larger. CONSTITUTION:Independent coil patterns 2 and 2' are formed on the both surface f a magnetic substrate 1, the end sections of the both coil patterns are drawn out to the side surface of the magnetic substrate 1 to form terminal patterns A, B, C, and D, and plural short-circuit patterns 3 are provided, at least, on any coil pattern so that the short-circuit pattern 3 can be cut. When the inductance between the terminals a and B is to be increased, the short-circuit pattern 3 is cut with trimming etc., and when the inductance is to be decreased, the patterns between the coil patterns are connected with bonding, etc. Moreover, wide range inductance is obtained with the patterns on the both surfaces 2 and 2' of the magnetic substrate 1 connected serially and parallel. |
