PURPOSE:To obtain the signal synchronization timing of which equates with a reference signal by once eliminating the synchronization signal from a picture signal from image pickup device through transmission route, and mixing the synchronization signal of the reference signal to the picture signal the synchronization signal of which is once eliminated. CONSTITUTION:Synchronization signal (negative polarity) is separated from reference signal A by synchronization separating circuit 8 and inputted to clock circuit 4. The synchronization signal in the picture signal outputted from image pickup part 6 does nearly coincide in timing with the synchronization signal outputted from the synchronization separating circuit 8. However, due to the delay in lead-in time of clock circuit 4 and delay time in transmission route B, there arises the difference in timing between the two. Therefore,the picture signal sent from the image pickup part 6 is derived of its synchronization signal by synchronization signal elimination circuit 7, and then mixed by mix circuit 9 with the signal whose timing is coincide with the reference signal, and final picture signal 10 is obtained. Therefore, timing of the synchronization signal coincides each other between/among the image pickup devices which have the same structure.
