PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure a signal at the time of designing, without any consideration for a mounting space of a socket, by conducting a conducting part to the metal of a pin inserting part of the socket, and protruding the conducting part in the reverse direction with respect to the pin inserting direction. CONSTITUTION:A conducting part 1, which is conducted to a metal 2 of a pin inserting part, is provided in the reverse direction with respect to the inserting direction of a pin 3 of an IC 5. A protruded part 7 is provided at each connecting part 6 with a printed board 9. A space, in which an insulating part 4 of a socket is not contacted with the IC 5 at the peripheral part, is secured. In this constitution, a signal can be measured without decreasing the mounting density of parts and without especially considering the mounting space of the socket.
