LAMINATED CELL HAVING FRAMED ELECTRODE AND SEPARATOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce shrinkage of material by forming the frame body of framed electrode and framed separator in metal halogen electrolyte circulation laminated secondary cell with polyolefin resin mixed with specific quantity of glass fiber. CONSTITUTION:Polyolefin resin mixed with 20-50wt% of inorganic filler glass fiber is employed as the frame body material of the battery component or the framed electrode and framed separator in metal halogen electrolyte circulation laminated secondary cell. The polyolefin resin is further mixed with 5-20wt% of ethylene-propylene rubber while mixed with 20-50wt% of glass fiber as filler. When mixing proper quantity of inorganic filler, shrinkage of material when molding the frame body is reduced resulting in improvement of the dimensional stability of electrode or separator.
