PURPOSE:To give the information on the abnormality to an operator with high reliability by securing the matching between the abnormality detecting timing and the abnormality diagnosing timing of a plant and therefore eliminating the misdiagnosis due to the deviation between both timings. CONSTITUTION:The output signals given from detectors 3, 7 and 26 provided at a specified part 2 of a plant 1 are converted into voltage levels by a converter 5. These voltage levels are supplied to a limit checker 10 and MODEMs 27 and 31 of a computer 8. A plant diagnosis logic 9 is started by the signal of the checker 10 and a start instruction 12. When the generation of abnormality is supplied to a plant supervisory equipment from the plant 1, the time of the abnormality detecting timing can be set freely by an OFF-delay timer. Then the matching is secured between the abnormality detecting timing and the abnormality diagnosing timing of the plant 1 to eliminate the misdiagnosis due to the deviation between both timings. Thus the information of the abnormality id delivered with high reliability. |
