The invention relates to a boot binding for cross-country skiing. Under the front of the sole 2 is arranged a longitudinal tenon 5 with a dove-tail transverse section. This tenon is convergent in the direction of the front and it ends in a rigid tab 7. The tenon 5 may engage in a dove-tail mortice, integral with the ski. The hook of a mechanism with neutral (dead-centre) overshoot engages in the opening 8 and locks it in the longitudinal direction. Application: binding for cross-country ski, when the latter is practised using the skater's step technique. <IMAGE> |
