PURPOSE:To improve the high-frequency wideband characteristics by a method wherein a closed magnetic path core is used which is symmetrical with the long axis of a closed magnetic path core having a short axis and a long axis which are orthogonal to each other, and two windings are wound uniformly, and oppositely to each other along the magnetic path portions symmetrical with the long axis. CONSTITUTION:Of the long side magnetic paths of a rectangular closed magnetic path core 3A, the portions of a length l0 except for both end portions are wound thinly and uniformly with windings 3-0 by N0 oppositions and the portions of lengths l1, l2 at both ends are densely wound with windings 3-1, 3-2 in N1, N2 turns, respectively. The winding directions of the windings 3-0-3-2 are directed such that magnetic fluxes are generated which take the same direction with each other in the core 3A relative to the common mode currents flowing in from input terminals 1, 1' in an in-phase relationship and strengthen each other. Since l0 is set sufficiently large as compared with l1, l2, the capacitances between the terminals 1-2, 1'-2' depend on the capacitance C4d0 of the l0 portion having a small capacitance value, and the high-frequency attenuation characteristics depend on the l0 portion. Therefore, the high-frequency wideband characteristics are improved. |
