Anti-adhesive coating for a plastic substrate, culinary receptacle containing such a coating and process for the application of this coating on a substrate

The anti-adhesive coating is intended to be applied on a plastic substrate. This coating contains the following compounds: methylphenylpolysiloxane resin, hexamethoxymethylmelamine resin and an acid catalyst to crosslink the latter resin. The use of this coating can be carried out at a temperature below the temperature acceptable for the plastic material of the substrate. Use especially for producing an anti-adhesive coating on culinary utensils made of plastic material intended to contain foods which are heated in a microwave oven.
