PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic oscillator with small size and suitable for mass- productivity by applying a split electrode and a full face electrode to two opposite faces of a rectangular ceramic plate to form a static capacitance and fixing conductively both ends of the rectangular piezoelectric ceramic diaphragm between the leads placed at both the ends. CONSTITUTION:The rectangular ceramic plate 8 is clipped among three rod shaped leads 7, 7', 7'' in parallel with each other, and the split electrodes 9, 9' provided to one face of said ceramic plate 8 are fixed conductively to the leads 7, 7'' placed at both the ends and the full face electrode 10 provided to the other face is fixed conductively to the lead 7' placed at the center by conductive adhesives 11, 11', 11'' respectively. Both ends of the piezoelectric ceramic diaphragm 12 are fixed conductively to the leads 7, 7'' placed at both ends by the conductive adhesives 11, 11'', contained in a case 13, the opening of the case 13 is sealed by a seal plate 14 and a resin 15 to protect the inside.
