PURPOSE:To attain the multi-function display with high efficiency by storing previously plural display data into a storage device in response to an input terminal and supplying the signal of a high or low level to the input terminal for display of the desired data. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal 11 is connected to a CPU 10 via a photocoupler (not shown here), and the CPU 10 actuates a display device consisting of a dot matrix as well as a display part unit 14 containing the control driver for said display device. Furthermore the CPU 10 contains a memory 15 for programs, etc. and a memory pack 16 for display data. In a mode 0 the display data corresponding to the input terminal to which the signal is first supplied is selected and displayed. In a mode 2 the display data corresponding to the input terminals having input of signals are displayed successively for each prescribed time. In a mode 3 the display data corresponding to the input terminal having input of signals is displayed in scroll. Then in a mode 1 the display data corresponding to the input terminal having the final input of signals is selected and displayed. Thus a multi-function display is possible.
