PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of an automation system for plant operation by checking the start conditions for automation from the state of the plant and setting the timing with which an operator can confirm the contents of the operation carried out at the time point of the above-mentioned checking so that the operator confirms the shift conditions to the automation together with a CPU. CONSTITUTION:A central arithmetic processing unit 1 is connected to a plant device 2 via each exclusive controller 6, and an automation monitor control panel 3 is connected to the processing unit 1. The panel 3 contains a display part 5 and an operating part 4 having break point switches 7-1-7-n and an automation start switch 8. Then the unit 1 decides whether the state of the device 2 comply with the automation start conditions or not. Then the switches 7-1-7-n are flickered. When an operator operates these switches, the start conditions corresponding to the operations of said switches and their contents are displayed at a display part 5. Thus the operator can confirm the shift to the automation. |
