PURPOSE:To automate the handling of a green sheet by employing a pallet having four sides blanked out at the center which has recesses for positioning robot hands of a machine in opposite sides, and positioning recesses with a green sheet machine in another side having no recesses. CONSTITUTION:A metal pallet 11 is blanked out at the center and has recesses 12 opposed for positioning robot hands. A recess 13 for positioning with a machine is formed at one side having no recess 12. A sheet 15 is bonded to the pallet 11 by a both-side adhesive tape 17. Then, veers 16 are opened at the sheet 15. The pallet bonded with the sheet is moved to a printing machine, and a conductive material is packed in the veers 15 of each sheet by a screen. A pattern is printed by the screen in the machine on the sheet 15. The portion serving as a chip container (cavity) of a ceramic package is blanked (punched). The pallet 11 is conveyed by robot hands 24 to a press. |
