PURPOSE:To work a shape memory Ti-Ni alloy at an increased working rate per one pass by warm working the alloy at a specified temp. CONSTITUTION:A shape memory Ti-Ni alloy is drawn by warm working at 400-800 deg.C instead of conventional cold working. The working rate per one pass is increased and continuous working can be carried out by eliminating in process softening annealing.
