PURPOSE:To obtain an Ni alloy for centrifugal coating having superior wear and corrosion resistances by adding specified percentages of B, Si, C, Cr, W and Mn to Ni. CONSTITUTION:An Ni alloy consisting of, by weight, 2.0-4.5% B, 0.6-2.0% Si, 0.3-1.5% C, 5.0-20.0% Cr, 5.0-15.0% W, 0.5-1.5% Mn and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities is manufactured. The alloy has superior wear resistance and solidifying characteristics and shows superior performance when the alloy is centrifugally coated on the worm part of the inside of a cylinder for a plastic molding machine or the like.
