The invention relates to a vibration and impact damper with variable throttling, simultaneously making it very sensitive to small impacts and very resistant to harder ones. It comprises a lower cylinder 10, containing the lower central component 9, in which slide the component 1 carrying the disc 2, as well as the part 3 carrying the levers 4, the ring 5 carrying the surface 14 and the valve needles 6, and, returned by a spring 13 the oil-return valve 7 and its translational stop 8.
