The subject of the present invention is a hydraulic regulating switch intended to be connected to a pump, suitable for keeping the pressure of a hydraulic accumulator 5 between a predetermined maximum value and a predetermined minimum value, and comprising means for generating an electrical signal which is a function of the pressure of the accumulator and means controlled by this signal for starting or stopping the pump in order to divert the delivery from the pump without pressure towards a tank. This regulating switch comprises an element 18 which is mounted so as to slide in a casing 5a, emerges into a space 16-17 communicating with the accumulator 5, and is firmly attached to a permanent magnet 25, and a Hall-effect cell 28 which is placed near the magnet 25 so that the distance between the cell varies when the said element slides in the casing; it is combined with an electronic circuit 13 for processing the signals delivered by the Hall-effect cell and with means controlled by the electronic circuit for starting or stopping the pump 1, or for diverting the delivery from the pump 1 without pressure towards the tank 4. <IMAGE>
