The invention relates to a syringe/cannula for suction and injection which comprises: 1. a syringe body 1; 2. a cannula for suction of fat 2; 3. a needle 9; 4. a plug 5 comprising a fluted end piece 6 designed to fit a pipe for joining with a lipodissection suction device; the said plug possibly comprising a filter for separating the fat from the blood; 5. a control plunger 10 which can be operated using a handle 13.
