A mould 19, 22 is mounted on a central base on which there are articulated two pairs of connecting rods 9, 10 each carrying a pivot pin 11, 12 which carries a tightening lever 15, 16 and two cams 13, 14 which are spaced apart while pivoting arms 17, 18 with rack teeth are mounted on pins 12 in order to keep the other pin 11 in progressive positions of moving these pins towards each other, allowing a progressively increasing tightening of the mould. <IMAGE>
