FIXING BODY OF LINING OR PAD

摘要

PURPOSE:To relieve the invasive performance of friction material or dust while to improve the durability through increase of frictional face by burying the bolt or rivet holes in the friction face with plugs of same material upon fixing of lining or pad. CONSTITUTION:A lining (pad) is riveted (tightened) through a rivet hole 2 to a shoe (brake board) then the spot facing holes remaining on the frictional face are buried with plugs 3 made of same material with the lining (pad). Consequently, the invasive performance due to accumulation of frictional substance or dust is relieved considerably to increase the surface area of frictional face resulting in improvement of the service life of lining.
