PURPOSE:To finish in the warpageless uniform circle without swell-up the unwelding part of both rims in the radial direction by outer-fitting the rim integrated with a disc to the rim of other part and by welding this fitting part. CONSTITUTION:A connecting cylinder part 13 is projected on the back face side of outside rim 1 and a step part 14 is formed on the inner periphery at the tip of the connecting cylinder part 13. On the other hand, the cylinder 23 to be connected with the connecting cylinder 13 is projected at the front face side of inside rim 2 and at the tip thereof the step part 24 to be inner-fitted to the step part 14 is formed. The step part 24 at the inside rim 2 side is inner- fitted to the step part 14 of the outside rim 1 side and the innerface of engaging parts thereof is welded over the whole periphery of the wheel. The deformation of the inside rim 2 which is going to deform to the external part is controlled by the engaging part with the outside rim 1 because of the step part 14 of the outside rim 1 of which the thermal expansion is difficult on the step part 24 of the inside rim 2 being outer-fitting, and the part to be welded finally is not swelled up to the outer part by the heat of the welding time.
