摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the automatic welding with the selective control properly in the far and near moving direction of the welding torch according to the direction of a groove by providing the control device in the far and near moving directions for the groove of the welding torch on the welding equipment to automatically weld with multibeads by reciprocating the groove of the material to be welded. CONSTITUTION:A welding torch 1 is fitted to the guide bar 12 of a vertical direction (Z axial direction) moving device and the supporting implement 14 of the guide bar 12 is fitted to the guide bar 16 for moving in the horizontal direction (Y axial direction), in case of the welding being performed with the double bead of from the initial layer bead 5 to the third layer bead with the reciprocating movement of the V shaped groove 4 of the material 3a, 3b to be welded by the welding torch 1. The main body 21 of the welding head is fitted to the guide bar 16 and travelled on the rail 22 moving in X axial direction. The welding is performed by forming plural welding beads inside the groove by providing the arithmetic control means to control and command the conditions in the far and near moving direction of the welding torch inside the groove according to the direction of the groove of the material to be welded on said automatic welding device and by reciprocally moving automatically in the X Y Z axial directions irrespective of the direction of the groove.
