发明名称 QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF HEMATOPORPHYRIN OR DERIVATIVE THEREOF BONDED TO CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable quantitative measurement with high sensitivity, by adding hematoporphyrin (HP) or a derivative (HPD) thereof to cells to be examined and separating only the cells after reaction to add potassium ferricyanide thereto before performing the quantitative analysis of HP or HPD by a electronic spin resonance apparatus. CONSTITUTION:HP or HPD is added to cells (lymphocytes or granulocytes) taken out to the outside of a living body from a subject and only cells after reaction are separated. Next, potassium ferricyanide is added to the separated cells and the quantitative analysis of the cation radical quantity of HP or HPD in the cells is performed by an electronic spin resonance apparatus. By this method, the quantitative measurement of HP or HPD can be performed at room temp. with good sensitivity even if the irradiation of light is not performed but, if low temp. measurement and/or light irradiation are combined, sensitivity can be more enhanced.
