PURPOSE:To continuously and smoothly change impedance by smoothing the movement of the internal conductor in a stub and to reduce the abrasion of a guide shaft, by transmitting driving force by using a rubber roller. CONSTITUTION:A rubber roller 46 is rotated to the necessary direction of either one of the directions shown by a double-arrow FA by driving a pulse motor and the receiving plate 44 contacted with the rubber roller 46 is moved to either one of the directions shown by a double arrow FB by the rotation of said roller 46. Because one end of a fixing plate 42 is fixed to the receiving plate 44, the fixing plate 42 also slides along a fixed guide shaft 48 with the sliding of the receiving plate 44. Because the internal conductor 30B of a stub 30 is engaged with one end of the fixing plate 42, the internal conductor 39B also slides as shown by an arrow FC with the sliding of the fixing plate 42. Hereupon, because the receiving plate 44 receives the transmission of the rotary force of the rubber roller 46 to be slid in an extremely smooth manner, the internal conductor 30B also smoothly moves to the direction shown by the arrow FC.
