A discharge system is proposed, which serves for the introduction of vaporised fuel into an intake pipe of an internal combustion engine. The discharge system comprises a feedline (17) for vaporised fuel leading from a fuel tank (15) to a control valve (20) and a discharge line (22) leading from the control valve (20) to the intake pipe (1). In the discharge line (22) a throttle (26) and an accumulator (27) are arranged, which represent a retarding element in the event of variations in flow. The control valve (20) can be operated by a solenoid control motor (21) and in a first control position connects the feedline (17) to the discharge line (22). In a second control position, the control valve (20) closes the feedline (17) and opens an airline (28) from the intake pipe (1) upstream of the throttle valve (3) to the discharge line (22), especially in idling operation of the internal combustion engine. <IMAGE>
