PURPOSE:To generate automatically ruled lines based upon a defined table and to obtain excellent operability by inserting plural rows, columns, etc., in the column or row direction to a table information in accordance with a inserting information inputted by a setting means. CONSTITUTION:For the table displayed by a display device 14, the inserting indication is added from a key input part 1 to a key control part 2, and then, inserting row column setting data are stored to an inserting row column setting part 10. A table preparing part 4 prepares the table data divided by the inserting row and column so as to secure the inserting area for the table data stored in a table data storing part 11 presently. Next, out of the table data outputted successively from a table processing part 3 to a ruled line format detecting part 15, the ruled line only is detected and stored. An inserting row column selecting part 16 detects the ruled line which is running short for the ruled data that the ruled line format detecting part 15 stores, outputs the indicating signal to a ruled line information generating part 9, generates the ruled data and stores the data to the table data storing part 11 by the control of the table preparing part 4. |
